		Abstracts and papers are peer-reviewed. 

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts, downloaded on the pertinent Conference template (LINK below), to the Conference Chair:

The abstract must be titled and all authors’ full names, affiliations and e-mail addresses are to be fully identified (LINK below). All abstracts will be acknowledged by the Conference and notification of acceptance / rejection of the submitted abstracts will  follow shortly afterwards. At that time, the Conference template, containing the instructions on how to prepare the full-length article, as well as the pertinent Conference copyright-transfer form will be forwarded by e-mail to the corresponding authors of accepted abstracts (LINKS below). Accepted articles will be published in the pertinent  Conference proceedings (ISBN 978-0-xxxxxxx) which will be permanently held in “National Archives Canada” in Ottawa, and will be also indexed by Elsevier Amsterdam for inclusion in SCOPUS databases. logo.
